Systemic Approach
In systemic coaching, a person is not understood as an isolated individual, but as part of complex structures of relationships, roles, work contexts, and life worlds.
These structures are examined in systemic coaching to make visible the dynamics at work in external systems (teams, organizations, families) as well as inner belief systems. Why? Because these dynamics significantly shape our actions and experiences. Instead of focusing on the problem, space is given to the inner and outer systems.
What is maintaining the problem?
Does the problem show up in other contexts as well?
Systemic work is understood as a resource- and solution-oriented approach. It asks what function the problem serves and what opportunities and possibilities may arise from the situation. New opportunities for action give rise to a new sense of self-efficacy.
Whether you’re seeking career orientation or inner clarity – your development begins with the first step.
